Ray’s fascination with bees buzzed to life in his teenage years, watching his granddad, Percy, wrangle swarms like a pro! In 1972, he dove into beekeeping with three swarms he snagged himself. Now a South Carolina Certified Beekeeper, Ray’s been working with bees full time since 1998. His top thrill? Not getting stung!
